BIOGRAPHY
Ho Pin completed her Ph.D in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS). She was also concurrently a research scholar with the Data Storage Institute under the Agency of Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). In 2012, she received the NUS President's Graduate Fellowship and in 2013, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis - Perpendicular Magnetic Anisotropy Materials for Spintronics Applications. She was then awarded the A*STAR International Fellowship, which supported her postdoctoral research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
